EXAM STRUCTURE
PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATIONS
The institute
professional examinations are opened to graduates of universities and
equivalent certificates holders. There are three examination stages consisting
of foundation, professional examination 1 and professional examination II. At
the completion of the examination and one year experience (either during or
after training), candidates can apply as associate member of the institute.

EXEMPTION POLICY
Subject for subject
exemption in foundation and professional 1 stages are given to degree holders
in relevant areas such as statistics, quantitative studies, business
administration, accounting, Law, English Language / Literature.
NOTE there is no
exemption in professional examination II for any category.
DIRECT MEMBERSHIP
Members of other
relevant quality management professional institutes from other countries can be
admitted directly without writing the institute professional examination. The
following professional bodies are recognized by the institute for the purposes of
direct admission:
