The institute aspires to be become the reference center in the field of quality management in West Africa sub-region and Africa in general. It aims to achieve this through the provision of training, research, publication and consultancy in particular to several main target group-government departments, and agencies, Statutory bodies, as well as profit and non-profit private organizations.
